    1 x Robinsons Orange & Pineapple Squash with No Added £1.49 £1.00

1 x Robinsons Summer Fruits Squash with No Added Sugar £1.49 £1.00

    These are 2 for £2.50 in A

    £2.98 - £2.00 = 98p - 10% = 20p + = £1.18 apg on a £2.50 spend.

    If you add 2 x Pepsi Max (2L) £3.00 - £1.98 = £1.02 - 10% = 20p + = £1.22 apg on a £2.00 spend.

    £1.18 + £1.22 = £2.40 back on a £4.50 spend.
Back to square one, no apg, no comment.

I thought the minimum number of items on the receipt had to be 8 for an APG refund to be given.

    Wendyak: this one http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/travel/flight-delays

Clever site shows whether your flight was delayed.
If you don't remember whether or not your flight was delayed, check using the clever FlightStats website.
You'll need to register to use it (it's free). However, as you go further back in time, the site won't show the status of all flights.
While FlightsStats' terms and conditions say it can’t be used in any passenger rights claims actions, the key here is to use it to find out for your own knowledge how late your flight was – to make sure you’re barking up the right tree – rather than using it specifically for any claim. After all, the airline will hold its own data on flight delays.
Importantly, while the website shows delays, it doesn't tell you what caused them. To claim compensation, it must be the airline's fault. (More on that later.) To find out the cause of the delay, you have to ask the airline – and you're at the mercy of its explanation.

Thanks but I have already been on flightstats regularly and they don't list this airport at all.
The flight was delayed by two mechanical failures, it actually flew in from Ireland and they were aware of one of the faults but found the other on landing.
It took over two hours for them to order another plane from Luton ,which took 45 minutes to arrive, then getting crew on and boarding....I know all this as staff were very open as they couldn't assist me with another flight or departure airport as all were full due to being beginning of school hols.
I also have friends who work there and helped on the day but in the end I got a taxi home as I live less than two miles away and tried to sort something out as my connecting flight was only three hours after landing of the first and was now going to miss it.
There were two other families who also had a major problem, but we didn't exchange details.
I would never bother cliaming except the new connecting flight cost me over 300 euros extra.

Sorry for long post but I have been claiming since before they passed the legislation in october.
I put my first claim in at the beginning of August 12.
