Well, i've finally caught up
You are chatterboxes this evening
Thanks for all of the well wishes :A Have been curled up on the sofa under the duvet following your adviceNot feeling too bad at the moment
Not sure I can face a 'big shop' tomorrow with the baby so have had to do a muggle T.com shop  Quite like being able to use all of my PP vouchers up on one shop though - can't be trouted by the computerManaged to order some of the 8 pints of Bulmers for £5 that I spotted on 10 ways too. Am stocking up
Hugs to those of you having tough times :A
Am glad you're taking it easy Logie. Ive had to resort to non MSE online shops in the past, and miss the glitchesbut needs must.
Those bulmers are a good buy:T I keep buying cider and worked out last month I drink about 4 bottles a month :rotfl::rotfl:.....so I have alot of cider
All that new blood will kick in tomorrow and you'll be up and atom:rotfl:

Evening/night all. No luck Savvy here:mad::mad: - although it's mixed bad and good news - there must be a secret MSE'er, apart from myself, operating in my area. By the time I got here - around 7 o'clock tonight - I couldn't find any £4-each Nivea Visages in the bigger of the Sada superstores - therefore I went on to a different store, and only one in stock not the required three!
(Waffles on now... perhaps the important point is in the final four paragraphs of this post..!)
My second store is a pay car park (with refund for such-and-such spend), so I was left with no Niveas but did a ten-item shop of other items instead:
Why £4.49?

Shop above done (finally!) at 8pm 8/4/13.
I saw the Kipper Fillets were back to £1.00 for T. A showed as £1.25 on MSM, which was the price I found in the first store, but I saw the second one had it as "Rollback £1.00". I put one on the shop, hoping it would charge £1.25 on the receipt (and then a 25p refund and a £2.00 gift card) - unfortunately it was £1.00.
However:
Has anyone got the list of those of us with zero return from wombles this month? You can cross me off it:
The same store's car park (and the previous one) were very tidy - no wombles to be found in the first, and I only found one receipt in the second.
...But it's more clear to me now that it's not about number but about quality. That one receipt (which looked quite small) turned out to unfold out into a whole shop of over £80 where they'd bought 2x £14 whisky. It was out of a trolley and the date of the receipt was 1st April - I thought someone was having a laugh. (How do these things get left in trolleys for a whole week?) I hoped that whisky would compare to someone, and favourably, and, as I looked down the receipt, I thought maybe T would be cheaper.
There were (and still are!!??!) multibuys on the receipt (but not too relevant as it's from 1 April) - I saw the potatoes 2 for £3.50, but they are cheaper than that in T, also some rolls multibuy 2 for £1 (but T also has the same multibuy), they had a couple of baked beans at 25p (probably S/P ones, which we know are cheaper equivalent in T), some overpriced Babybel (£2.50) - this is looking good! - I've now just noticed some SP Chocolate - I know to be same price at T - good again! - and, oh just noticed SP Pork Pies, one bought, and T is 3p cheaper on them.
That one womble has given £3.43!:) There were items bought that were more expensive in T, so lost some (overall A were cheaper but not by 10%), but not a bad result - and I would never have had that receipt if I hadn't gone on to the second store. So, thanks to the first for being OOS - and the petrol cost driving to the second store is nowhere near the £3+ amount! So, although I seem to have had more luck with my shopping in S (of which perhaps more later, another day!:rotfl::eek:, oh no,:p:D) of more recent, I am pleased with this result (I suppose it makes up a little for the no two-pound gift card and the lack of the 3 Niveas for about minus one pound spend!).0 -
