I took a chance on a cheese shop, but I don't know if I can stay awake long enough to check it

I just wanted to say a big thank you to you lot. I might not plaster it around everywhere but I am not having the best time in life at the moment. I have massive work problems, there are potentially massive probs within my family, and there are issues in my head that can't just e sorted at the click of a finger.

Certain things have happened today which have made me feel a whole lot worse than I already was.

But reading you lot is kind of keeping me a bit sane, if that makes any sense? Thank you is really all I can say :)

Anyway, less of the sentimental twaddle. Off to look at some Maggie jokes :rotfl:

Sorry to hear that you're having problems all round, as well as the work ones. Please feel free to plaster it around. Sometimes it can make you feel a bit better getting it off of your chest. Maybe someone may have been through the same/similar situation and may offer their thoughts/how they dealt with it. (Hugs).

On another note, I can't picture you as a twaddler.

I presume you mean as a list?
I may go about this a long winded way round but I find it works....
I copy and paste into notepad, then copy and paste from that into a word document, then copy and paste from there to here.
Someone will probably have a quicker way, but this one works for me. :D

I do the bold above but it does leave an empty line in between each item

When it leaves an empty line, I copy and paste from there to here again, over the original pasted text, and the empty lines disappear.

Evening everyone! I haven't been on here in a while cause i've been busy getting married :):) So i thought it would get back into the swing of things by doing a comparable shop in tescos (against asda) and kinda messed it up, i didn't realise it was 10 items now not 8! DOH! that one was my fault but the second one had a major item come up as n/a was meant to give a £8 price promise and it didn't. I have emailed customer services but i just wondered if anyone else had had any luck with c/s do they often give price promise vouchers out after it comes back n/a even if the item totally checks out as cheaper at asda or am i best just taking it back for a refund? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Cant believe i messed up on my first bit of couponing in about 6 months! I must be rusty :) x

I just used a higher value APG that was £14.33 and the receipt was only £13.97. My heart was going like crazy but it was ok in the end.

I made it through the day but it was a close thing, chest still wheezing and coughing most of day, will see how it goes tonight.

Have you tried rubbing vaporub on the soles of your feet then putting some socks on at bedtime? Sounds gross I know but it works for DS at night when he has a cough ;)
If you're wheezy you might have a chest infection, might be best to get ye to the Drs, maybe get some antibiotics? Hope you feel better soon Flo
