Just back from Sada, doing the cheese shop, got a muller and cheese and was doing a seperate basket with cheese and McVities, well this totally confused me, on shelf they only ones in the £2.50 offer were choc/caramel which you say will mess up APG, all others are just single price of £1.50 each, so left them, then that threw me on what fillers to get, hopefully all will be ok.

Sorry Sarah, I should have been clearer. The choc/caramel don't compare with Sains. The only ones that do are milk choc, plain choc and double choc, as they are the ones on offer in Sains for 87p, so compare favourably for apg purposes. Sounds like duff shelf labelling by your A's, as they all had the 2 4 £2.50 sels in my local yesterday.

Thats ok, my Sada is rubbish with labelling anyway, never mind, didnt really need chocoalte biscuits anyway.

Afternoon All. Thanks to everyone who tested.

Just a quick one before I go out for cheese.

    Am I right in thinking if I bought 10 Muller's against Sains it would cost me 6 for £3.00 and 4 x 68 = £5.72 and the return would be £5.72 - £3.40 = £2.32 + 10%. So £2.55 for 10 or 25p each ?
Or have I got it wrong, can I just buy 6 for a better return, posts all seem to say 10 ?

Still seems quite pricey, but better than wasting money on fillers I won't use.

The mullers are 10 for £4 in asda but the apg will see them as £5.72 hth

Hi great to see the rice working. :j and the cheese :j

I've not been able to get to any sada as in Blackpool with kids and won't back home to Monday. Am I able to get rice and cheese tonight and then do the apg when I get back or will that not work?

Sorry for the silly question I'm new to all this :o

I sometimes go to the print page and select the option to save to pdf so I can email the apg to myself.

The sada app for smart phones is awesome too as you have the option to email it to yourself straight away x
:D Coupons = the only money we can legally print for ourselves:D

:j A coupon for a free item that is price glitched in Mr T's to be cheaper than Sada for an apg = HEAVEN :j

    :money: total = £47.48 cc = 413 selling stuff = £23.00 Floor pennies = £5.79

Sudden thought (should be working lol) if people are worried about high apgs/low spends perhaps some clothes that may not fit? Just remember they don't count towards your 8 items

What a fantastic morning it is - well, afternoon! Busy working today so only a lunchtime lurk. I do hope all are well.
This is how I make it too but have learnt from experience not to try feeding more than 4 people from one pot, I've stuck and burnt more rice trying to feed six of us in my mum's using one pot than I care to remember, suffice it to say I haven't fed them any in 18 months!! It does help that I haven't lived there since June last year :p but I do still cook for my dad once a week.
Yes I've burnt a few pans trying to do too much or leaving it whilst doing something else :o

I stick by my policy - I hurt them, and hate troutings, and therefore to keep me a small target, I always do it 100% with colour. I don't want to give them extra reasons to trout me even if I know I'm correct. :A
