We dont have a microwave either. Cant justify the expense after the last one broke, been without it for 4 years ish. Doesnt bother me now.

Have you seen the price of microwaves? The savings on your gas or electric bills from not having to use your hob or oven must give you a positive payback.

I was advised on here to the get the hp deskjet 3050a from tescos as it was 29.99 i think it might be 39.99 now but the inks are really cheap, i get them on line for 12.99 for one colour and one black,it is a scanner as well really easy to use. it is a bit tinny in sound, but it prints and the ink is cheap . hth:)

We got that one too - very useful as works wirelessly and can print from iPhone too. Downsides I have found is that the Windows 7 laptop keeps forgettig the printer is online (though has played nicely gor past week dinve fresh install) and I tried refilling inks but the black then carried on running (apparently they have a plastic bag inside the cartridge which can unintentionally be burst).

Evangeline , put through 2 shops one after another - one for you, one for your neighbour. Worth a bit more in fillers to avoid the hassle, especially if you make them things you'll use anway, and that way it doesn't take much more time than a normal shop:).
    Morning all

Cheese yay :T Thanks TM for the early shop and ChrisV for posting the results :A

When the big glitch was on last year, I put 4 separate shops through one after another - I recycled an APG on each of them and the SA said to me on the 4th one ''do you know that you can use more than 1 APG on your shopping, you don't have to put them through separately in future'' I put my surprised face on and said ''oh thank you, didn't realise'' :rotfl::rotfl: :rotfl:
I put throught 3 shops at once yesterday: Cheese and Muller shop, rice shop and the 3rd was a few bits on offer in A which I knew would reduce my APG. If I try to do any more than 3 I will just get confused and and flustered :o:D
