I was going to join Slimming World tomorrow, however I have been reading up on the Fast 5 Diet, you eat only 5 hours a day, ie, 2pm till 7pm.
Going to give it a try for a couple of weeks, it will suit me as I am going to be travelling and also have a couple of events to attend.
It does mean that my usual evening snacking is gone, but that would happen with every diet.Love your Mum, you'll never get another one when she's gone.0 -
It is unbelievably quiet tonight, I may actually get the early night I need.“Quis custodiet ipsos custodes?”

I've just been trying to find where someone just said the forum has gone quiet for a bit - not sure if you've deleted it?? - we haven't gone away - whilst (rightly) the attention is on the A5da glitching, I have just been looking to compile my Mum & Me Sains shop vs A. You were right to say avoid trying the 'N/A' ones on Avs S - I've found one of them on sains.co.uk! I can't find it logged in for either A or S on MSM (though it's there for A logged out) - bit of a pain as I have now to calculate the shopping manually - not for the first time, MSM.co.uk not too accurate then!
And whilst looking (lots of items at A are now back up in price, and new ones down) I've found these:
For T vs A
Birds Eye Field Fresh Garden Peas & Sweetcorn (750g)£2.00 each in T vs any 2 for £3.00
Birds Eye Field Fresh Supersweet Sweetcorn (750g) - as above, can buy two of one or one of each (mix and match possibility).
But not if APG on the multibuys is glitching.
The Young's Gastro Basa Fillets Lightly Dusted with Salt & Black Pepper (2 per pack - 320g) £4.00 T vs £2.00 A look fairly good (price per unit)
Even better are Young's Gastro Florentine Crusted Alaskan Pollock Fillets (2 per pack - 340g) £4.00 vs £2.00 (neither of them available for Svs A it seems as both show N/A for S:mad:)...
For S vs A
... but
:)Young's Gastro Basa Fillets in Lemon and Herb Tempura Batter (2 per pack, 340g) £4.00 S vs £2.00 A (let's hope S keeps its price the same)
I've been adding my shopping on the Sada side of MSM. I've switched my basket to Sains, and I am just removing, now, the Sainsbury's Lightly Dusted Basa Fillets, 2 per pack and not as much (265g) which MSM is suggesting £2.49 for one or 2 for £4 at S!:rotfl: No thank you - I'll have the £4 Young's ones instead!!:) Cheaper (vs A), only need one and more fish.:T
Also Nestle Shreddies 500g - for either T or S vs A: £2.29 vs £1.00 (but 10p more expensive than waiting for a competitor to A to become £1.00 on them).0 -
Well if you visit this website and click on Storage in the right hand menu you'll get alist of about 100 site soffering storage, alot of it free, so spread your stuff around. UIf it's private sensitive stuff, check online because they don't all allow encrypted stuff- I thinkYou are quite right:beer:, google is another one to mention.
Problem is I need it for backups&work, not to mention, that servers do go down and sometimes there are privacy issues:(
Anyway you'll have lots of free options you may not have made use of. I subscribe to three of them but am tempted by more.:DThere is no honour to be had in not knowing a thing that can be known - Danny Baker0 -
Anyone else notice it has gone quiet on here this evening - no doubt we are all glitched out and recharging our batteries for the coming days ...

Thanks for the recommendations for Twinks - looking them up now.
Been told oat filled foods will help with my milk supply?! Worth a try! I like the sound of cinnamon flavour :-)
What did I miss with regards to Sausages? Sorry, I have searched but can't see?
I did buy two cheeses but only one was CC and the other didn't compare! But hopefully this will still work in the morning :-)Dream of being mortgage free....
