    afternoon:)

a few cheese shops done :D I was totally thrown because there was no multi buy signs for it anywhere! Thankfully it was all good and the discount was showing on the receipt. Also tried another few multi buy items to see what happens.

So fridge is full of Cheese and the cupboard well stocked with Robinsons. Wombles weren't very good today, all but 1 As was cheaper :( still some to check later. Not many multi buys on them though :(

Thank you again to the people who went out and tested this morning. You are angels :A xx

I have gone slightly overboard on this one and just completed 8 shops (in 2 batches). Used mostly APGs to pay so if this comes off the return is even better (as paid initially then got 2 shops through rinse and repeat). I hope that Mrs Anon agrees - she did say I could get "a few" more ... ;). If this has gone wrong I will not admit it :o.

On the last batch I went through self scan and used up my low value APGs - the CS said press Done ... I turned away as a wry smile crossed my face, yes, you have been done :).

I went and got it checked at the click and collect desk!!

The multi buy signs were also missing from the FB pies. I think someone is on the ball at our A and trying to put us off!!:D

Wahh I wish my local Sainsbees was an A or T! Im left to womble for coupons/points whilst your all stocking up! :p

How far are your nearest A's and T's? Some glitches are maybe worth travelling for but saying that I don't know what your mode of transport is.

Sbugs for me would be a 60 odd mile round trip but as not much glitches I have never had to make that choice.
Something unexpected happened which made me smile and still continues to make me smile.

You have to buy Uncle Ben's in twos as APG is apparently remembering the previous deal which was 2 for £3 and they recently changed their offer to £1 each (hence in 2s).

Yes this seems a strange glitch in that regard.
    Oh - afternoon everyone!:rotfl::rotfl:

I've entered the womble (shopping was done yesterday evening) and, as predicted, nil return as they bought Douwe Egberts coffee (a lot cheaper in A) and 50p biscuits!!

There's very very little on the results that I don't already know, but there seems to be something strange going on with the Dr Pepper Zero 2Ls (and also with some Lilt Zero Pineapple and Grapefruit 2L) - they were bought, on the receipt, for £1 each. There is no multibuy on the receipt. However, the Sada prices are coming up in red on the APG, suggesting it thinks there is a multibuy operating. Unfortunately, none of them compare to a better price elsewhere (the competitors are all more expensive).

It's v. strange as the multibuy appears to be setting the prices to £1 each. Perhaps we need to buy only one bottle (in total, and can't get both Dr Pepper and Lilt in the same shop unfortunately?) to compare at £1.98 vs the competitors (unfortunately all competitors' single prices, where they stock them, are £1.98 so only 20p return maximum).

They bought 2 Dr Pepper Zero and 1 Lilt Zero (they also bought a Pepsi Max 2L, but this doesn't seem to be affecting anything? - and the price of the Pepsi Max is £1 and in black on the comparison).

It seems to be picking up as "Any 3 for £3.00" (Dr Pepper Zero and Lilt Zero combo) - having bought 2 of the Dr Pepper Zero, that's showing as £2.00 (red) against T, S and M. Not avail. in W. The Lilt Zero is red £1.00 on the S and M comps. The Dr Pepper only, this appears at £2.00 red on the T comp. even though the Lilt Zero is N/A for T, but that's reflecting an "A multibuy" (that no longer exists) on a combination of which only one of the two different items is avail in that competitor (in this case, T). Would be better if S reduced price on either, or if T reduced on the Dr Pepper Zero only (Lilt Zero option N/A vs them).

Just saw on the news that that poor lad who won the Grand National yesterday, out of the blue, has gone on to fall off his horse in a race today. He's been airlifted by air ambulance and is in hospital. Do hope he's ok. Life can be so cruel/ironic.
