    Question ---

If you have a cat and a dog,
    Which do you love more?
  • My heads all over the place at the moment, I'm waiting on a call from my mum about my cousin.
She's due a baby in September but none of her pregnancies have ran smoothly, she lost twins, then her second the baby was born with very little heart due to holes all over it and was expected to die within hours but survived and is a very spoilt child:j. Her third was born healthy due to loads of injections from the word go but they made her very ill. The fourth was lost too because she didn't realise she was pregnant until very late on when she and lost the baby soon after. :(
This time for some unknown reason she hasn't been thoroughly monitored so has only been seeing the midwife and has been desperate to see the baby so She went for one of those gender scans. While getting this scan the operator noticed a growth on the back of the baby's head going down the spine and as they don't have a consultant on the premises they called her own hospital to get her an emergency appointment but that isn't until Monday. She did however ring herself and an on call consultant rang her back for her to go up and get a scan done tonight so she's sitting in the hospital waiting for the consultant getting there.
We're all sitting by our phones waiting to see what's happening, she could do with good news, she doesn't care if the baby's sick just so long as she has him by the end of all this. I just hope we get news soon.

Sorry to bring everything down but I don't want to be burdening DS with it, he knows there's something wrong with the baby but until I know what's what I don't want to tell him more.

I'm so sorry I don't know what else to say to you, your poor cousin must be out of her mind with worry. I will be praying everything works out ok for her.

    Evening paw sniffers:)

    What an eventful day!

Horse racing and a multitude of random glitches. What more could you want?

Thanks to DM, FC and Frequent for pulling together the sweep. Looks like you've worked really hard today DM. Go and get yourself a drink:)

Got my free Est!e Lauder 10 day trial. Why do I always feel intimidated by those ladies behind the counters in Boots? I think they should employ unattractive people. That would make me feel less insecure:)
