I've just got off the phone to red spotted hanky because I'm trying to amend an order.

I've never dealt with a more helpless, useless company, ever :mad:

They can't amend my booking on the phone. They can't cancel my booking. Their answer to my problem is to shut down and restart and clear my history.

I always list things on Ebay for a Sunday, as I think it is the best day for sales, but considering listing a car, now I still think a Sunday is the best day, but if I ended my listing on a Saturday instead, it means they could come and collect on the Sunday, making the whole process quicker, hmmmmmm, ponders!
