Made me laugh.
BTW - anybody with kids can get a Nitty Gritty head lice comb free on prescription from your local GP. Not all GPs realise this but if they look it up, it's free.
Saves you over £10.squilliondollarbaby wrote: »All you have to do is ask your GP, prescribing nurse or health visitor (or prescribing pharmacist) whether he or she will prescribe a Nitty Gritty NitFree Comb for you and your family. It has been approved for NHS prescription since 2004, and it conforms completely to the latest NHS guidelines.
Unlike any other comb, however, our award-winning comb removes 'live' eggs before they can hatch as well as head lice and unsightly nits.

When my kids were at school we were advised to put plenty of conditioner on their hair as the lice cant cling to smooth hair as much as freshly unconditioned hair and cant lay their eggs. Also tea tree oil and shampoo is suppose to repel lice.
Use to hate using the chemical stuff on the kids and was glad when given the conditioning advise :T
Also thinking about it now, there use to be a ditty the kids use to learn which went something like
comb your hair
break their legs :rotfl:
So we use to try to get the kids to comb their hair at lunch time and of course at home.0 -
I bought 3 meal deals to get that wine at the weekend, oh and friend tried it and drank it all:eek:, i said its only for looking at not drinking.:rotfl:

When my boys were at primary school and caught nits regularly I did this and got the Nitty Gritty comb for free.
I can really recommend it, and its hard wearing too. I'm saving mine for the grand kids lol
We have the nitty gritty comb (I paid for mine ages ago as didn't know you could get them free) and it's brilliant.
We managed to snap 2 teeth out of one and sent it back and within a week they'd sent me a free brand new replacement.
Their customer service is top notch and the lifetime guarantee is brilliant if you're as hard on the comb as we areHistoric Debt August 2009 = £63,600 10th March 2017 = £0 100% paid all gone!
Mortgage started June 2015 = £170,000 January 2022 = £134,000
Saving for Xmas 2022= . . Amazon £55

So far today I have laughed, cried, itched, scratched and felt guilty for not being out in the garden (in the snow!!) working.
Guess I better start work on my next shopping list so that I have at least done ONE productive thing today0 -

Seems to be working randomly. Tried one and a skincare and it didn't work. They have honoured these glitches in the past have copied all confirmations. Had it sent free to store so if they don't add will just take them back. Got to be worth a go they way i get through the stuff
Seems to work on some of the fragrances also if bought in twos0
