OH offered to buy me tickets for a concert, it's one of my favourite bands. Should I stay or should I go:o? Tickets will be £120:eek: for the two of us ( cheapest found at getmein + 40% cashback on their commission ).

Did this shop on Tosco.com to be delivered tomorrow.
10 bottles of wine plus fillers.
Used £12 off first shop, £10 PP from previous wine shop, £2 off Finest. Total to pay is just over £24 including £3.50 delivery (no c&c here unfortunately) plus will get another £10 PP back (as long as no prices change by tomorrow that is but took a chance as it is Bank Holiday).

    Quantity Product Price Total
1 Tesco Everyday Value Sage And Onion Stuffing 85G £0.15 £0.15
    2 Tesco Brown Onions Loose £0.19 £0.38
    1 Echo Falls Merlot 75Cl £5.49 £5.49
    4 Tesco Carrots Loose £0.09 £0.36
    3 Hardy's Stamp Shiraz Cabernet Sauvignon 75Cl £6.99 £20.97
    1 Tesco Everyday Value Spaghetti 500G £0.19 £0.19
    1 Ogio Pinot Grigio 75Cl £4.99 £4.99
    1 Mcguigan Bin 736 Shiraz Viognier 75Cl £4.99 £4.99
    1 Tesco Finest Montepulciano D'abruzzo 75Cl £6.99 £6.99
    1 Tesco Finest Picpoul De Pinet 75Cl £6.00 £6.00
    1 Tesco Everyday Value Soap 125G £0.11 £0.11
    1 Lions Gate Cabernet Sauvignon Shiraz 75Cl £4.49 £4.49
    1 Wine Route Merlot Cabernet Shiraz 75Cl £4.99 £4.99

Thank you to everyone whose advice has helped me in my desperate quest to make ends meet. x

    I agree with SC.

I'd say yes in a heartbeat. A concert seems like nothing at the time but when you look back in decades time you'll remember it as if it was a major life event! I can remember seeing Joan Armatrading back in '79 as if it was yesterday.:D

  • Charlie is settling in well. He sleeps through the night without a murmur and is so happy to see us in the morning. We want to change him from eating tinned dog food to dry stuff, so for the last few days he,s been getting half dry and half tinned and he scoffs it, so no problem there. Our only wee problem is we have a big enclosed back garden which he can potter about in, but he sits at the gate wanting to go for a walk! I guess in his previous home he was only outside on walks.
Other than that he's a great advert for a rescue dog from a reputable organisation, they have matched him to our requirements exactly.

Just analysing  my PP from yesterday and I notice that I'm getting back £3.49 on each bottle of First Cape Merlot
    £7.49 T versus £4.50 A.
I know this will have been mentioned before but no harm in flagging it up again.

Means if you want to add a few items to your T shop that are dearer in A, you can still walk away with your £10PP. That's if you plan it right:)

They may learn from this;) I think all the other mag subscription sites specifically exclude intro offers from CB.

Oops, hopefully not :o and the other mags offers definitely exclude trials, I went through them all in the week :(

Savvybunny - I like that too. I get your s.o.h. To be honest what you type is what often is whizzing around my head. I once did a project on the autistic spectrum & the affects on the cerebelum and the links with dyspraxia, dyslexia and dyscalcula (sp). I for one am dyspraxic & a recently diagnosed perfectionist which I think are linked too. :)

Anywho! To see if the local express is indeed open today ?!

Hope you all have a fab day :D
