Discharged - thank you and good night

After many many hours reading this forum, some help from CA and CCCS I applied for bankruptcy in August last year. On Thursday I received notice that I have been discharged.

Whilst I didn't post during this time I did read a lot, I practically inhaled every nugget of information, I empathised with many and was grateful to feel that I wasn't the only one. Not that I wish bankruptcy on others, just that I truly felt the stigma attached and seeing others in the same boat enabled me to recognise the reality of the situation.

So the point of this thread is to thank you all, the newbies, the experts, the 'have a go here's' you made my journey easier to understand, easier to cope with and more importantly I didn't feel I was alone...Thank you.

Congratulations and thanks for the post. This forum is a godsend for many, me included. I couldn't have gotten through my bankruptcy without the support of so many on here, many of whom no longer post.

Ironically after not posting during the process I myself am going to try and post when I can help now. I always do things the wrong way round!

Well that makes two of us then lol. I only found this forum six years after my BR. It would have been a big help had I found it at the time I needed help.

Like you I will try to give any advice I can - having been through it all.
