My daughter has beautiful shiny hair and uses Naked so I tried it. Results are quite significant. I colour my hair every few weeks and my hair always looks shiny and healthy.

My hairdresser uses Moroccan oil which someone on here said was full of bad stuff so try Coconut Oil. I found it left my hair too greasy. However, it has worked wonders on my face and the rest of my skin!
  • Avacados! Use them on your hair and skin and eat them. If you are worried about the fat content (this is good for you fat) then eat half of one a day. I mix it into my smoothies. Also use coconut oil in your cooking (it has a higher heating limit so better than oils and less toxic as it doesn't hydrogenate like olive oil and other plan or nut oils) it is very benificial to your health and warm it up and use it as a hair pack or even on your skin if you have skin issues. You can buy it is supermarkets now, but try to get the cleanest form possible.
