Who is best for a loan?

I'm looking for a loan for about £15000.
My credit score with experian is 875
I own my house outright no mortgage house value = £100000+
What would be the best loan for me to apply for and who would be the best company to apply to?

Thanks,
Lin

You have to pay an extra £4.99 to get the actual score (out of 1000).

There should be a link in your credit profile

Alliance and Leicester are doing personal loans from 6.3% APR....seems quite good to me.

Dont waste your money on the score, its meaningless and not used by lenders.

If youve a good record of making payments and a reasonable salary you should be eligible for any loan.

Go to moneysupermarket.com and select the cheapest. With a decent credit record there should be no issues :)

northern rock are one of the cheapest at the moment. There rate is 6.2% and you can overpay and pay off in full anytime.

Have a read of Martins article here for more details on obtaining the best loans.

The asda one listed has changed to 6.9% so take that into consideration when looking at the article.

some people have had delays with the northern rock loan, myself included but my paperwork has just arrived, so not to bad for us, some people have had to wait weeks though
