Just looked at the latest sold prices posted on Rightmove for my area, not one price has dropped from the last sale, not one!

I live in Cambridge, how long will this continue?

    Prices have been rising for some time now.

    All the indices are now year on year positive... The next crash will be along sometime in the mid to late 2020's.

    I live near St Albans, and house prices up here are already well above the 2008 highs.

    Dont know how long it can go on though
