The Morris Mini car, as in your link, may be new but the Police Car version isn't?
If you look in their New for 2013 list HERE, There is a Morris Mini Cooper racing car No 2, a BMW Mini Cooper S and a Mini Countryman WRC but no Police car.
So I think bugsbunny22 is right with answer C.
