IPA/O after discharge

If the OR decides that you don't have to make payments while you are a BR, Will they still be able to set up an IPA/O after discharge?
(Normally 12 months) Or will I have to provide proof of earnings for 3 years?

If you are discharged with no IPA in place, then no they can't.
Any IPA must be agreed and signed before you are discharged.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
