    Spend day here.

Window cleaner came this morning (as I came back from a 3.34 mile walk/jog), so I paid him for today and both of next months - might save me a spend day or two in May ;)

So I'm off to do my Costc0 shop today rather than tomorrow or Friday - may as well not waste the chance to gain another NSD. Decided it's not worth doing a detour to Mr T for what I want from there as it'd use a fair bit more petrol, but I know it shouldn't cost more than £22 so I'm going to put that money to one side so I can pick the bits up when I'm up there for the gym (hoping to get up for another swim either tomorrow or Friday)

EDIT: Holding back £20.10 for petrol as well. Not sure which car we're using to get to North Wales on Sunday, so will check with OH tonight. If we're taking mine I'm going to have to consider topping up the fuel tank - but if I decide I have enough I'll leave it until Monday as an emptier tank makes for a lighter car which makes for better fuel efficiency ;) Will aim for £20 into the tank, but we all know these machines have a habit of clicking over !!!

    NSD 11 today :j

Mainly because I don't have any cash on me. I spent £2.20 yesterday, which was exactly the amount of cash I had on me. So now I'm like the Queen (and my sister, she doesn't 'do' cash either). You should try it, it's a very liberating feeling.:)

    Evening everyone

I have had two spend days yesterday and today.

Today's wasn't planned until yesterday but I have been signed off work for 6 weeks and will be in hospital on Friday for an operation so I needed to buy some toiletries. Very drastic action just to acquire a few NSDs but I am going to be out of circulation for a couple of days. I am hoping to be home on Saturday if all goes to plan. I can't believe I won't be going to work on Monday or for the following 5 Mondays after that. Thank god I get sick pay at full pay otherwise I would be in dire straits. I am seriously fed up.

Off to read back on all I've missed (and I can see there are many pages!) and then hopefully 'see' you all in a few days.

I hope everyone else is well and hugs to those that are not.

  • I've had another NSD today. Again completely unplanned as I was going for lunch with a friend. Had taken my own lunch to work and had planned on just buying a pot of tea but this friend also got there before me and insisted on buying my drink. My friends are lovely :T (I'm not a sponger, I will buy back! Promise!)

    So that is NSD #9/10
