Fee for calculating interest rates
gordoni
I have just paid off my mortgage with Barclays a couple of years early and have asked the bank to explain how the interest rate is used to calculate the final repayment (as my rough calculations differ from the sum they arrive at) and they have replied saying that it would be a manual exercise for them I need to pay £25 for the privilege.
Is this right, fair????
