re-claiming bank charges
questionasker
hi all. I've recently been discharged and have been looking at posts regarding re-claiming my bank charges.
They charged me approx £2500 and when i went Br i owed them £300 therefore if possible theres approx £2200 owing. I've seen a few posts but wonder if any1 has gone through with it and had any success/failures or got any advice? let me know, cheers

The answer I have seen in other places is no, giving these reasons.
Your former trustee now owns all 'rights of action' regarding your affairs prior to your bankruptcy.
Only they could now legally bring a case.
Only they now legally could get the refund.
Which makes sense to me.
Without a concrete example of someone being successful or failing, it is impossible to tell for certain.
However, your trustee/OR has probably been asked this before, so you could try asking them. It can't do an harm now.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
