coleslaw wedges and gravy

Can someone tell me a recipe for coleslaw wedges - is it coleslaw and wedges or something else? Can people post their recipes for hm gravy - not after roast, but say to go with sausages or meatballs- please.Thanks

    I always do our gravy in the same way

    2x stock cubes made into jug with boiling water
    spoon of flour
    compons gravy salt.

    obviously you can alternate what ever stock ( beef, chicken etc) depending what you are having.
