FIT Payment Increase 1st April

Last year EON asked me to take a meter reading on the 31st March and submit it with my quarterly reading on the 18th April. This was obviously to reflect the RPI change on payments. However, this year I haven't had the same request and as far as I can ascertain, there is a slight increase from April 1st 2013. Can anybody throw any light on this?

Debatable really.
It is indeed verging on the OT but if all the posters who were really strict about that decided to meet up, they could have their meeting in the proverbial telephone box (assuming you can find one these days
