Just checked on mine and they are still at the depot , i hope till they deliver to me. Worth reading tesco terms and conditions as they may have legally sold you the goods once they have dispatched them.

Terms and conditions state that a contract is formed when they email to notify of duspatch or to tell you when you can collect your order instore.
The email i have had does indicate when i could collect but also does state that they would email when it was available to collect which put a question mark over what constitutes the contact from them statin when collection is.
