Body Firming creams or lotions...

Recently noticed Dove firming body moisturiser on the supermarket shelves...

Has anyone tried a body firming cream?

Do they work? Or is it just wishfull thinking? :o

Any recommendations?

(Had a search but couldn't find a thread on this.)

My problem area is mainly my thighs and I use Sit Tight from Soap & Glory, sold in Boots. It's designed to work when you're sitting down and as I work in an office I thought I'd try it. I've found this really one really works, they even do an intense version.

As for all over I haven't come across one that really makes any difference so I'll be interested to see other replies.

    Quick update...

The Sit Tight is on 3 for 2 plus a free £10.50 body butter at Boots in a Grabbit today!

The reviews were very good for this, but it's £16.50 a pop, and doesn't seem to last very long.

Soap and Glory are also doing 2 new products: an arm firming cream and a bikini firming one (both £12) but no reviews on Boots yet.

    Hi there,

That's great about the 3 for 2. Don't the price put you off though as with the Sit Tight a little goes a long way. When you apply it you feel a tingling sensation, so you wouldn't want to use too much as could be a bit painful.

Thanks for the heads up on the new firming products from Soap and Glory.

I'm wondering if the fact others haven't replied about any other firming products they've found that work means that there aren't many that do??!

Well, the earlier posts I found all seemed to say: great moisturiser but no firming... so I was delighted (and surprised, really) that yours works! Guess you're right!
