Refund of PPI - but not due to misselling

Its illegal to do 75 on a motorway but we all do it. Somebody asked an opinion and got differing views. Being armed with all of the information he is then free to make his own decision. Life is not always cut and dried and I thought the premise of these boards was not to be judgemental.

All I said was to keep the money without spending it and see what happened. If it was claimed to send it to them and if not after a sufficient amount of time to do with it as you pleased. Is this honestly worthy of deletion. Its like north korea on here with a load of do gooders who havent lived.
