OH'S Bankruptcy finally over

OH was discharged from his BR last week:jhe managed to buy back his equity from his OR (this was'nt much anyway) with a small cash injection from his dad, the OR finally agreed on an offer less than the original amount. Its been a tough 12 months for the whole family but OH is now in employment. The only depressing thing is that I had to agree to a remortgage a few years ago so OH could buy his business, so now mortgage payments have doubled as there is no business to fund half the payments, but as long as I am working this is'nt a problem.

What does OH do now? I have heard about getting him to improve his credit score, how does he go about this?

This forum has been a great help over the past 12 months and on behalf of my OH I want to thank all who have given their advice, it s also been a help reading others posts.

Glad that's over then wildz. The credit file clean up sticky is here which is the next step. I'm part way through dealing with mine, I think it takes a few months and a lot of letters.
