Is there any help with Bankruptcy fees?
I have seen some charities but is there any companies that you can pay back the fees.
I tried to go down the IVA route with £21K of debt. One of the creditors I owe is for almost half of this, after IVA interviews etc I was asking general questions as to when my letters would be sent to my creditors as I received a solicitors letter from my main creditor and after 3 weeks only told now that if the main creditor says no then the IVA is turned down. They have always known this as I have always told them they will likely struggle to get a yes from this particular creditor.
So back to the main question is there any companies that help with the fees I also work full time.
Many thanks
