14.5.07 what small dfw thing will you do/have you done today?

Hello lovely DFWers!!

When we start out on the DFW trail we do loads of "big stuff" that makes quite a difference to our situation. These include having our lightbulb moment, cutting up the credit cards and cancelling Sky and the gym.

But once we have done the bigger stuff, we often feel that we are not making the same amount of progress, when in fact the small steps are helping us form good financial habits and helping us get closer everyday to staying in control and becoming debt free.

Examples could be charging your phone up at work instead of at home to save your electricity, hanging the washing out instead of using the tumble dryer or leaving your purse/wallet at home to avoid the risk of spending.

So be proud of those small steps, they really are important:

Today I will:

- send everyone off with packed lunches
- do a couple of hours invigilating
- send off some ebay parcels sold yesterday
- watch other ebay stuff end today
- be more positive than I felt yesterday
- do my banking
- make a meal plan for the week
- do a storecupboard/freezer dinner

Have a good day everyone x

Afternoon all. I'm usually in the early shift if I post on here, so this feels a bit odd. Today, I've:
    - done my clicks
    - got a lift to the dentist and walked back, saving £3.
    - checked out my finances online.
    - actually spoken to Nationwide, they're sending out the remortgage offer to me today.
    - not much else, I'm starting work in a couple of hours, but mostly I'll be working online, might do 15 minutes in the garden if I can't bear the computer screen any more and its not raining *too* hard.
