in Cutting tax
I had a few issues earlier in the year http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=364060
Somehow I ended up with 49p outstanding so when I phoned I asked what happens with this, do I need to pay it and was told no, it would be zeroed out so my liability was all clear.
But on Saturday had another letter telling me if I didnt pay 49p by 22nd May I'd be taken to court...
So, I've faxed through to the guy who sent these letters but also wondered if anyone has a fax number for their complaints dept? (I am in Oz so their 0845 type numbers are no use....)
Thanks

If you fax or write, mark it clearly as a complaint - it will be dealt with quicker than regular post. That said, you won't get an immediate reply.Quidco savings: £499.49 tracked, £494.35 paid.0 -
