I want to hand in my 1 week notice tomorrow. Can anyone please tell me..
- can I count the bank hols and leave next Thursday?
- is there any way they can get out of paying me for the 2 bank hols (I normally get them off with pay)

If you hand your [presumably a week's] notice in tomorrow, it is counted from Friday and your last working day would be the Thursday...
However what they pay you depends on your contract and how many leave days you have accrued.Sanctimonious Veggie. GYO-er. Seed Saver. Get in.0
