Cleaning marks from black granite sink

I've got a black granite sink in my kitchen and have soaked some mircofibre cloths in some wash powder for a few hours. The sink bottom is now covered in white marks upto where the water was.
How can I clean these off? Have tired scrubbing with Stardrops but to no avail, anyone have any other ideas?
Thanks!
