The good stuff and bad stuff today

The good stuff first :

Finally told OH that I'm in a bit of a crisis money wise, but not the total extent. (I lost my bottle) But, he does understand I'm cutting back loads, and will even help out.

Made £22 on ebay.

OH offered to get the shopping in as he stayed at the w/e and wanted to contribute and ended up asking me if I needed anything else. I did'nt like to take the **** so just got some necessities, which has helped alot.

OH will help with boot sale next w/e :)

I did the race for life today, and it was really good. I raised £150 for cancer research.

So, some really feel good things today.

The bad things:

Found out my car needs some serious work :(

Still short on funds for this weeks bills, and things are going to be VERY tight, if paid at all.

Got my car tax reminder through post :(

Client did not pay me on time so I have to wait for payment by cheque which will take ages to clear :(

STILL not heard from silly loan company about my Payment protection being mis sold, even though they said they would call back friday.

Overall, a good day/weekend. Roll on the next one so I can make some more cash!!

How can those two things possibly be bad

I think I have had a really good day if I manage not to do the ironing again, and as for the shortcake, well.......move it onto the other list, quick!!

Real sad at the moment cos I know that my car will be repossessed soon and I so wanted to keep it.
Interest rate rise will probably force me to sell my house.
House I was looking at has had an offer accepted.

Took my 17yr old son driving in the car he's bought himself.....he's really good too!

Got DD Dad to agree to having DD his agreed 3 nights three week so I can do some overtime, yay!!
Me and mine are all ok!!
