Looking for a venue driving me mad

I am trying to find a venue within London (preference to North London and East London). Which has a capacity of 400, a nice location seems to cost the earth.

Any advice?

Could you share the budget with us...and do you want the venue to cater for £400 or are you looking for seperate catering...

My initial thoughts are with a guest list of 400 then you will need to have quite a healthy budget to start with

I know the feeling, it takes a lot of time to find a venue that you're happy with. Whats your budget and what type of venue are you looking at (church halls, banquet suite, community centre etc). Are you doing your own catering or do you want the venue to do that?

400 guests budget for the venue will be from £4k to 10k. Banquet suite or a very nice community centre. Catering will be done externally.
