    No returns allowed?

Wouldn't the Distance Selling Regulation Act still apply?

Since when did the Distance Selling Regs give business sellers the choice of NOT accepting returns...?

I'm pretty sure that's illegal. Under the DSR you have to accept returns, end of story.

It is illegal. The only goods you can't return under the DSR act are:

CDs, DVDs or software if you've broken the seal on the wrapping.
perishable and other items that deteriorate rapidly such as food and flowers.
    tailor-made or personalised goods.
    underwear and earrings.

The items they are selling do not come under those categories so they are in breach of the Act. They need reporting.

I've just e-mailed them to ask what makes this item exempt from the DSR. Will post their reply when I get one.

I've emailed them too and told them if it isn't removed I will report them to Trading Standards.

Companies that do this really make me angry!

I have no intention of buying anything myself but ripping people off is not on!

Just wondering if anyone has an opinion on if this is a bargain for what it is, maybe someone who got it last time? The MIL loves burts bees so it would be a handy gift for xmas.
