OR Interview

My OR interview is at 1430 today. Was looking forward to getting it out of the way, then i go from that to nerves and now sat at work in a mild state of panic that I am not going to get home in time as my work load is heavy, got a banging headache, didnt sleep and just generally feel sick. I know it should probably be straight forward but I have few concerns over 2 payday loans I have as they were due to be paid tomorrow and think I may get into trouble for them as I took them out thinking I would be waiting at least another month for the help with my bankruptcy fees and as my housing benefit had been suspended I had to pay my rent. The total of payday that i should pay tomorrow should of been £380 and in the grand scheme of things makes up less than 1% of my total debt.
I have concluded that the worst he can do is shout at me and give me extra conditions because of i have been irresponsiable but I did have every intention of paying them back and i did honestly think it would at least another month before i went bankrupt.
well it will come out in the wash I am sure bigger crimes have been committed but dont get rid of this headache!!

Well.... That's that!! My interview went smoothly, with a man whose voice belonged to a Greek god so that always helps. I was completely honest about the pay day loans. He didn't shout. He was very understanding about me having to get in touch with my childminder mid interview and gave me a 15 min break to sort my life out!
I can keep my car, hurrah!!!
He is going to look through my expenses in greater detail asked if I had any pets or contents insurance as I hadn't written that in (cant believe I forgot to write them in.)
He is going to speak to HRMC and ask if they can stop deducting the £118 every 4 weeks I currently pay off my overpayment. But if they don't the payment will stop once I am discharged so that was a relief.
Explained about IPA and that once he had looked through at greater detail he will write within a week telling if I will have one and how much it would be then went on using an example of £40 saying if he wrote asking for £40 a month and I thought this was reasonable I would pay it for 3yrs if I didn't think it was reasonable I should write to him explaining why and he would re-!!!.
Explained about early discharge and that as I look pretty straight forward they may be a chance that I would be given an early discharge as early as November.
Everything was done in great detail, I didn't cry mascara and lip gloss intact!! My headache is still there but the feeling of needing to vomit has passed!
All in all I feel relieved, and that I can now try and get my life in order.
Thanks to all for your advice.BSC no.370 AD March 14

So glad the interview went well. I think 99% of people agree the build up to the interview is MUCH worse than the interview itself.

Mine was a similar experience, didnt tell me anything I didnt already know and any questions I did ask got the "I'll get back to you" line.
Left the OR leaving worse than when I went in but Im glad other peoples interviews go better.0 -
