SOA in BR - housekeeping figure guidance

There's another thread on the board at the moment that is causing some 'debate' about what is considered 'reasonable' for food / cleaning / toiletries etc - the 'housekeeping' amount in BR.
Rather than reopen that debate, it would be great if one of the knowledgeable peeps here could post the guidance figures used by the OR for various households, so single through to two adults plus several children?
Might be useful for lots of us!

Hi,
I appreciate your calming approach!
Fact is that the 'official' insolvency service figures are designed to maximise a return for the insolvency service, not you.
For that reason I shall not post them, but of course others may do so.
Possibly people might want to go for an average between the insolvency service figures and some other amounts that I (and others) might post.
Maybe that will be a start.

To get the ball rolling, I have seen a figure of £200 per month quoted for a single adult in the OR blurb. What might be a best case - for the BR not the OR I mean? Then I could take the mid point

In a DRO (suppossedly for the very poorest to obtain debt relief) or protocol compliant IVA a figure of £320 would be acceptable, I wouldnt have to argue any case. Hence that is the figure I would use.lilybankrupt wrote: »To get the ball rolling, I have seen a figure of £200 per month quoted for a single adult in the OR blurb.
