Have made loads of different chutneys but nothing has ever come out anything like Branston.....which is just as well for me, as I'm not that keen on it. I suppose if I were to try & make it, I'd look at the ingredients on the label to see what they actually put in it, then use a home-made chutney recipe to give me an idea of quantities and just cook it all up & see if it works.
