Please Help what do i do Now ?

Hi All,

Im hoping for some help here..

Ive now not recieved any money from the CSA for 2 months. After not recieving my first payment i got in touch with CSa, to be told it was a computer error.

ATM im with a CRO from making a complaint about change in circumstances. this is not linked with why my payments have been stopped.

Anyway the Caseworker i have at the Minuite dont seem to be giving me ansers Thr CSA are now holding £500 of my money.

My caseworker says he needs the manual payments team to issue my payment and dont know how long it will take, he told me he would call on Friday no phone called recieved.

I have mentioned Compensation to him for him to say he will have to look into it, no answers being given, i also mentioned that i beleived it was maladminstaion, to be told it wasnt because maladministration is when its down to a operative and not a computer fault.

So please anyone what do i do now ?

I havent been to local PM yet because i was giving him benefit of the doubt but i really dont know what to do, all i know is i owe my Mom £250 and if its not sorted for the end of the month I dont know what im going to do...

Anyone please help !!!

I would write them a letter giving them a deadline in which to pay you what they owe and tell them if it is not forthcoming by that date then you will contact you local MP. Good luck.

And ask your MP to request a Special Payment for the inconvenience caused and interest.

Who would you send the letter to, i usually write to Alan Sheppard who is located in Crewe. He is the Centre Manager for Dudley Child Support Agency.

Or would you go higher now.

I know you are desperate for the money and I understand that, but you have to be realistic so I would probably say 10 days from the date of your letter and send it in recorded delivery so they cannot say they never received it.

You can look up your local mp on https://www.parliament.uk. Just type in your postcode. Good luck!

ive wrote a letter and given them till the 25th May. That gives them 10 days from when they get the letter.

Lets hope i might get somewhere.

Sent letter seems My Case worker should of called me friday and still not heard nothing and its Tuesday.

He is a CRO, I have no faith in him....

Last time i delat with a CRO she was great.... I really dont know what to do, sent letter yesterday. God the CSA really pee me off...

Ok heres a update.

I rang the CSA on Tue my CRO said he would call me friday, he did but with again very little info, i did say i had sent a letter of complaint.

The letter was recieved by the CSA on the 16th May, ive not even had a accepentance letter back from them yet. Anyway i have given them till the 25th of May to get me my money.

In 2 weeks time it will be the 3rd payment they have missed and its getting beyond a joke.

Anyway he is suppose to be calling me tomorrow with a update and tomorrow i want to know when im getting my money. If he cant tell me a date then im going to have to go to the next stage.

OK Guys in my situation where do i go from here ?

Im thinking local mp anythink elsa ?

Or help would be greatfully recieved...
