do the Jungle tour but take colouring pencils and paper with you from here to give to the kids and sweets. I bought indian sweets for the adults instead and they loved it as nobody usually gives them anything.
And if you want to book excursions don't do it through the tour guide, as they charge more, ask the locals. We did the jungle tour that way much cheaper and on the beach made friends with "Johnny", who got us exclusive rides on a fishing boat. And on the last day the fisherman offered us a free ride on their fishing boat. We used to let them take all the fish we caught home for their dinner.
yep totally agree with not doing through the tour guides!! hehehe we should have an MSE holiday to GoaDebt at Aug 2010 (LBM) £21,908.86, Debt Freeeeee Date 4th Nov 2013 :j:j:j Massive Thanks to the £10 per day thread :A Next goals:Savings £1203.16/£10,000******Mortgage to Zero: £52,579.46 to go

Right I've messaged all the eBayers to tell them that if there's no payment by noon tomorrow I am relisting their items.
STILL nothing new to add for me. Actually I lie, I don't think I added my last eBay sales. I am currently up to £126.78 and really can't see how £300 will be mine. Hoping to get quite a lot put onto eBay this weekend then!I like to make money

Oh i just got £15 of vouchers for Argos i wasn't expecting - i applied for the argos card as a means to improve my credit rating and the vouchers were with it
I do have a small list of things i need/want from there and have been holding off getting them to see if i was given the card or not so am delighted to have £15 off them (and another £10 voucher as well i've already counted!)
That takes me to £97.58 - quite a struggle for me this month without proper internet access!! Thankfully i have 6 items with bids on ebay so far - just 99p ones atm but it all adds up!Debt at Aug 2010 (LBM) £21,908.86, Debt Freeeeee Date 4th Nov 2013 :j:j:j Massive Thanks to the £10 per day thread :A Next goals:Savings £1203.16/£10,000******Mortgage to Zero: £52,579.46 to go

No money to add yet today but I have signed up with clickworker and fiverr so will get to work on these later and hoping add to my income total.
This morning I have also used the link to find old bank accounts, as I know that I have at least 2 (one of which is my son's) and I had no idea how to go about finding them without paperwork, so hopefully the completed form will help.0 -

Wow! You lot have all been busy & fab to see some great totals this early in the month.
I am still on ZERO! Well......that is not strictly true as we sold our trailer today but that money is accounted for to ofset caravan storage so I am not adding that to my total.
Have a couple of things listed on ebay ending tomorrow so that will hopefully get me off the mark. :cool:0 -
eeeeeeek i have just emailed my non receipt buyer to say i will send him the proof of postage and talk him through how to claim - will be interesting to see how he reacts!!Debt at Aug 2010 (LBM) £21,908.86, Debt Freeeeee Date 4th Nov 2013 :j:j:j Massive Thanks to the £10 per day thread :A Next goals:Savings £1203.16/£10,000******Mortgage to Zero: £52,579.46 to go

First Proper Proper sit down with the laptop since I got back from hols yesterday - have caught up on how well you have all done while I've been away!!
Had £10 clear from swaggers while I have been away and £3.40 from quidco. Have had a few ebay sales end yesterday but will add them once I've posted tomorrow as still don't have the royal mail changes down!
Decided I am ducking out of this weeks free listings apart from relists and concentrating on the business sellers one that runs monday to friday on BIN's - I have let them slide a lot since going back to work so operation stocktake starts as soon as DS goes to bed (as does the soap catch up!!)

Okay I've written a massive weekend to do list, I've scoured Hotukdeals and MSE for offers at Tesco and ASDA, both of which I will pop into on the way home (daren't brave them tomorrow to be honest. HATE food shopping on a Saturday).
I've just typed up four complaint letters - one where my boyfriend is due over £500 refund and the other 3 for bad service/faulty products. I've tried to make one of them very friendly and jokey (it is about a faulty cat toilet and how the smell is...well...awful) so hopefully something comes of those. I will get the reference numbers, etc tonight and print off this weekend to post on Monday.
I called First Direct and set up my banking, so that's great.
And one eBayer has paid. I feel bad for threatening to relist the items tomorrow, but I think three buyers out of 7 or 8 sales in total is ridiculous.I like to make money
