I have 2/3 jar leftover of Doritos flamin' BBQ dip from a weekend pig out
Does anyone have any ideas for using it up?
All I have come up with is making up a quesadilla which I may do for lunch
TIA

Buy some value lasagne sheets. Boil them whole, then cut them into Dorito's style triangles before placing on a baking sheet in the oven (can't remember what temp or for how long) & continue to use the leftovers as a dip. Less salt & fat

Oriental bbq wraps.
Stir fry small chicken pieces with veg like beansprouts, water chestnuts, grated carrot, peppers.
Put the mix into wraps.
Place wraps into square/oblong oven-proof dish.
Pour bbq sauce over. Top with cheese. Bake in oven.0 -
Many times I've simply shoved the jar in the freezer and retrieved it again to defrost when necessary. No one has ever noticed......shhh...0

I'm with previous poster, decant into plastic container and freeze it. Worst case scenario, it splits on defrost, just stir it up and it'll be fine. Wouldn't do it perhaps with a cream dip but BBQ should be ok.
Or cook up some red lentils, onions, celery etc, whatever you've got basically, add cheapo tin toms, some chickpeas or beans, throw in the dip and dried chilli flakes and you've got spicey soup!0 -
Thank you all for the fab suggestions, i have split it between 3 freezer bags and will freeze so it's ready for using in cooking0
