I have received a letter this morning from the OR saying that my bankruptcy file will shortly be transferred to a regional trustee and liquidator unit. What does this mean please.

Nope sorry, that means they have finished their investigations and that the loose ends, such as collecting debts in or dealing with a property, have been transferred to a "processing unit". Nothing to do with being "too" busy.
I agree it is nothing to worry about however, most say it's actually good news.0
