Hi Guys

Body Sculpture Power Trainer £114.99 + £10 delivery and 4% Quidco cashback

This is the cheapest vibration plate by far. It was delivered when specified, and is good quality and easy to move around if needed.
Here's the blurb.....

Here's the technical bit:

• Vibration plate helps to improve fitness
• Fights cellulite
• Muscle strength and tone
• Improve bone density
• Stimulate blood flow/increase circulation
• Increase flexibility and help repair damaged tissue
• Assists with rehab from injury
• Decreases muscle soreness all through the vibrations
• Numerous different exercise to target many and all muscle groups
• Computer monitors time and speed
• 3 pre-set programs for easy use and training
• Transport wheels for easy movement
• 3 pre-set programs
• Vibration plate
• Max user weight 100kgs (16 stone)
• Assembled dimensions 54W x 50L x 120H cm

It feels a little strange at first, but once you get used to it, it comes with a booklet with suggested positions to target particular muscles, and you can really feel it working!

It is a non returnable item, so you need to make sure this is what you want before you order.

I've been using mine for about a month, and I love it
