Hi All
My girlfriend is about to become a student again for a year to do an MSc. Our mortgage is due for renew in October for the first time (£117000ish) will this have an effect on the mortgage?
I earn enough to cover the mortgage as a whole, but will they cover the both of us?

If you stay with your current lender they will highly likely NOT ask about any income as long as you do not try to borrow more. And if they do not ask about your income situation then dont tell
