in Cutting tax
Hi all
Just getting my head around all this council tax banding and I am a little confused and wondered if anyone could help with a question...
I have followed the steps on Martins site...All my neighbours are in the same banding as I am however, on the next step from comparing house prices that have been sold in my area, I should be in band A instead of B which is the band I am currently in.
Anyone have any recommendations on weather or not this would be suitable to appeal ?
Many thanks
