Hi,
Can anyone point me in the direction where I can obtain a mortgage against my property.
Value of my prop is approx 280k - Owe 11k
I need approx 200k for auction property coming up soon, which I then intend to mortgage (And let out)for another property purchase.
Rather than paying a Mortgage advisor I wish to compare the offerings of many brokers without paying high fees for someone else to 'Press a few buttons'.
I can get 5.45% from existing B/Soc with no fees and no tie in and no redemption. Set-up fee is also free.
Any suggestions please?

If only it was that simple.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. If you feel an area discussed may be relevant to you, then please seek advice from an Independent Financial Adviser local to you.0 -
But surely there must be adresses of B/Societies that are offering some good deals at the moment.
These seem to change on a regular basis.
i.E. Used to be Birming/Midshires then B&west and Royal B of Scotland and so on.
