Tax payments to moon beever

When I went bankrupt (October 2012), I was told to pay £52 a month to moon beever in lieu of tax, as I'd get a nil tax code.

This wasn't applied in October or November, so I paid normal tax in these months.

It showed nil tax in December, but I left my job just before christmas, so the wages I earned wouldn't have had tax deducted anyway.

Moon beever insist that I have to pay them the £52, which I have done for a bit of peace.

My questiion is, what happens to this money now. I should be due a tax rebate and now I have paid another £52 out.

I have since gone self employed, and will just break even for Jan - April. My total earnings for the year are £8084.50 with £452.20 tax deducted at source and now another £52 paid over
