Boots mailings work with 3 for 2 offer instore save up to £12(pos more?)

Ok now I know that not everyone will get the same moc from their Boots mailings but thought I would share my experience quickly and
In my Boots mailings
Ok I received a coupon for this new mascara buy for £2.00 saving you £4.29

I also got a £2 MOC on any Max factor makeup
so bought this

and also bought this

The SA was able to use all the MOC together in one transaction( altho she did have to play around a bit, (she was lovely tho and didnt mind but dont know if they will all be that helpful in store;))
Then 3 for 2 kicks in so you will get the cheapest product free,

total £5.99 for all 3 items ( I used my £5.00 boots voucher) for the lipstick survey so 99p total to pay. Great result me thinks

Im sure you can play around with other items too but those are the ones that worked for me!

I managed something very similar last night in my local, i got;

the voucher to make this £2

and it came to £4 for the lot! It gave me the cheapest at £3.99 for free as well as taking £2.99 off the price.

I got the Boots Witch Hazel moisturiser voucher as well out of the points machine for free!

Total saving: £14.86

How do you get the mailings? I have an advantage card and get treat street emails but none from boots itself with vouchers. thanks

I never seem to get mailings these days, spoke to customer services who said not everyone gets them and it is just luck of the draw!! Not had any for at least 5 years so obviously I'm not lucky at all.

I have also been in contact with them re my lack of mailings...just to confirm...they are sent out randomly..seems a little unfair system to me ....

I always get the mailings and vouchers. I always thought it was automatic if you have an advantage card!

I never got any until I went to the pink advantage card machine and changed the settings and allowed them to post offers to me and then they came, every 2 / 3 months.

I used to get them regularly, now I don't seem to get them at all.

Mine stopped 2 years ago, then have re -started since New Year,before that I used to get them regularly.
