Bankruptcy and self employment question ?

Hi I haven't been on here for a while, you helped us so much last year when we were going through mortgage rescue I thought you might be able to help again
we already had 18k of unsecured debt before going through mortgage rescue and after we were left with a shortfall of nearly 14k on top of our original debt,we are still in no position to pay and are in the process of trying to get our bankruptcy fees together,my question is about the soa and income that we will need to fill in,
my husband is a self employed plasterer and his wage is variable,so do we try and work out and average then put all of our expenses down including his work expenses or do we put his earnings down as his net earnings from the figure on his accounts and divide it over the year then just put our personal expenses down?sorry if it doesn't make sense but we are so confused
Any help will be greatly appreciated

Thanks
so does that mean we don't include any of his work related expenses on the soa- for example petrol he uses around £200+ a month on fuel, would we only put personal use on there ie for shopping getting kids to places etc? will the or just get those figures from his accounts? 0 -
