My OH has religiously paid for his daughter for the past 3 years.
He has just had a missed call from the CSA.
Should he now stop paying and wait for them to sort it?
Thanks

Yep
Stop paying immedaitely and put the money aside to pay the "arrears" that will have accrued by the time they have done the assessment.
Might be wise to let the PWC know that this is what you are doing as a result of CSA involvment and that once the CSA assessment is complete, you will pay the arrears promptly, but that he is not paying the money twice. If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0 -
What was the call about? surely you can't know what to do unless you speak to them, BUT yes do the above in setting aside your payments tooBlackpool_Saver is female, and does not live in Blackpool0

I think it would be wise for him to ring them back asap to see what it is about......do not let him bury his head in the sand and jut wait for a assessment, if he has had a mutual agreement with the PWC for 3 years is there anything that would of prompted her to open a case?0

I think the pwc could have put in for a change of circumstances like she wants more.Maybe she's heard you've been doing something to your home or been on holiday or have come into money/better job !She might not be prepared for you to stop paying if the CSA are involved and knowing how long they can take might want you to keep paying her direct & then deny it. It took the CSA nearly a year to tell us our pwc had spoken to them, meanwhile we kept paying & NONE of it counts !
Best contact them,I would.0 -

Yes, despite a court order, she thinks she is above the law and can stop him seeing his daughter!
Thanks all for your help.
He is under the impression that if he carries on paying they will let it go. I guess he shouldn't do it this way.0 -

Thanks, the are not on speaking terms, hence why PWC has gone to CSA despite a mutual agreement for over 3 years.0 -

It might be prudent to calculate what CSA will expect him to pay, and set that aside-regardless of any mutual agreement, they deal very much in facts and figures.0 -
I still say Ring Them Back!!...........surmising etc., will not help, he needs to speak to them, also put money aside as assessment will start from first contact with CSA, he should aso recieve forms to fill in re., his income etc.,..............BUT just thinking he can carry on and it will go away is definetly NOT the thing to do....as it won't!!0
