I put my order on .com. I saw 750 points added before complete payment. But after checking my e-mail, only real points added up, no extra point. What should I do? Can I cancel the order? Don't want the lot without 750 points. I ordered 3 protect & perfect in this lot too. If I call the CS, will they put my order on hold? However, my friend told me today she managed to get 1 p+p serum in store easily (but can't get 342).

Any comment or suggestion? Thanks

I picked up 2 free samples last week of n07 uplifting day & night cream.

I tried the day cream & it just sits on my skin - its far to heavy & I have normal skin so beware if you are buying it try it 1st

The n07 lady in my local said if I want a sample of anything before I buy just ask as they like to know that they are selling things which are right for you.

Hi, I got 2 handcream vouchers today (100 points expire 22/may/2007) - what is the 'handcream trick'???? Is it that you only need 1 voucher - buy as many handcreams as you want and it adds on 100 points for each???

It was probably that your code was not accepted.It says that it is only accepted at the final payment stage but shows up till then.Was it a code you used before / if so you wouldnt be able to use it again and it doesnt go through.If it is a codes you have had previousily used or is no longer valid you wont be able to get the points added.It would just be your luck if CS will put your order on hold but if it has been a previousily used code I wouldnt bother phoning as you wont get your points or your order.

Im kicking myself I never realised the mouthwash voucher, handcream voucher and the skincare vouchers run out tomorrow. GGGRRR :mad: I couldnt get to boots over the weekend and have loads of all the vouchers to use and its too late to give them to anyone.
Unless anyone wants to meet me outside hamilton or EK boots tomorrow.Or I could leave them in a secret place for any Hamilton ( the one in the retail park ) or East kilbride bootsers( town centre boots ) . I have loads of the mouthwash ones .
Looks like im buying tons of mouthwash & skincare items tomorrow- does the Sanctuary wipes work with the skincare voucher ?.

Whilst in boots I checked the offer date (tiny writing) on the shelf for the 'expert' things - it stated offer until 22.05.07 (tomorrow) - whether they extend it or not I'm not sure.

Best bet is to stock up tomorrow!!!
